Retail Concession.

Current Retail Experience.
Research was done into various areas and then as links came together this formed the basis for parts which will be addressed in the project. This included understanding the users issues as well as LAMY’s own goal. 
Pen Models, Internals & Ink.
There is a vast range of potential customisation options available for people interested in LAMY Pens. The idea of the concession would be to ease this process of discovery for a brand new user or person unfamiliar with the brand. 
Searching for Solutions. 
Design exploration was done for form exploration of the outer concession, and the parts inside. This included various products islands as well as the LAMY Mix&Match Section. Inspiration had to be taken from existing LAMY Retail forms in terms of design and colour. 
#MyLAMY Experience. 
Customise a LAMY Pen with a vast range of Models and Internals to choose from. Users can configure their own Pen on an iPad and learn about how to maintain it, having experienced its’ core components already, it will then be delivered to the customer.

Concession Construction.
The LAMY concession would be fabricated from a large wooden frame which would be given a satin black look, there will be a large LAMY Logo and LEDs, bordering the concession a large scale LAMY of the newest version would be placed. Shelves created from sheet metal, anodised and joined to the wall. 
#MyLAMY Retail Exclusives.
This retail experience targets people new to the brand with little prior knowledge of pens customisation or maintenance. Users can explore and customise their own LAMY, and be encouraged to share their creation online with the #MyLAMY.
